Will I receive the same product as in the photo?

Since all products are handmade, there may be very small differences (seams, pattern placement, shade). This is not a defect — it is a sign of the uniqueness of your product

How to use a gift card?

When you receive a gift card by email, it will contain a code. This code must be entered on the checkout page (after the cart), not in the cart window. If you try to enter the code in the cart, it will not be applied.

How long does it take to make an order?

Since all products are handmade, production usually takes 3-5 business days (depending on the quantity and complexity of orders). If we have the product ready, it will be shipped faster.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship abroad?

We currently ship to Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, but we are working to reach more of you! 

Can I order a custom design?

We currently do not do custom designs.
